Advice via Skype / Telephone / Mail. I don't come to your house for this. Unfortunately, this means that I cannot observe your cat at your home and therefore cannot see the entire situation. This can result in that I can overlook certain things that may be important. Of course it also has its advantages. Some cats react very differently when there is a stranger in the house and then you will see that they just do not display the one behavior for which I come along. Remote consultation offers the solution for this. Not all problems can be solved remotely.
